BEDSENSE Non-invasive Patient monitoring system.
Problems:
Patients vital signs must be monitored at all times.
Many current monitoring systems can be uncomfortable and invasive for the patient.

Constraints:
To be placed underneath the mattress in standard hospital beds and sense patients’ breathing, heart-rate and possibly if they are having a seizure.
​
Deliverables:
Design of casing for optical PCB to commence testing. Iterative design and testing of the Base plate until accurate results were achieved.
